		<description>Yes had the same issue, you need to check your graphics card is DirectX capable to a certain version. In the end mine wasn&#039;t so got a Nokia Lumia off eBay for £150 and it works just fine :)</description>

Replaced all the InstallOnLHS and InstallOnWinXP with value 0 and the installation completed without showing any error. Now I am able to run &#039;Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Express for Windows Phone&#039; on my Windows XP machine. But the Emulator is not functioning. It shows the &#039;Loading&#039; screen, and after that gives an error message, which says &#039;computer does not have the required graphics processing unit&#039;. Now I am trying to find a fix for that also.
